We ship worldwide for most products you see in GT55RACING.com 
Some products we may not ship to your country where we have distribution agreement with our vendors

How GT55 process your order??
Having processed 20000 orders, solid experience enables us to provide you a safe, smooth and easy transaction! We treat your valuable products carefully to avoid damage or breakage during transportation. Our well-trained operation staff will carefully pack your items with layers of bubbles and place your items in strong boxes, which strongly protect your valuable ordered items.
 
 
Shipping Methods & Time
Most orders will be delivered through company & UPS TNT FEDEX DHL EMS SF Express (we can provide almost all international express company services). You can select the delivery method from the shopping cart and the related postal fees will be displayed accordingly.
Order processing: 1-3 working days
Express Mail: 5-10 days, online tracking number
Freight company: 7-30 days tracking number (online tracking https://www.17track.net/)
 
If there is a delay or forfeiture due to customs clearance, there is no need to pay any compensation or postage refund to the recipient (customs clearance will be regarded as a whole day). The customs will only  the consignee of the progress of the customs clearance.
At the same time, we can provide duty-free goods to many countries, and customers do not need to pay taxes when they receive the goods (the United States, Europe and other countries). You can consult our customer service staff.

Refund policy is not applied at any case including items damaged, lost etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.
 
 
Return Parcel:
In any cases, the parcel may return to us with one of the following reasons.
Unclaimed (>90% ** All Parcel will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon arrival.)
Insufficient Address
Moved, Left No Address
Returned For Better Address
No Such Street or Number
Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to forward
No Mail Receptacle
Vacant
Refused
Attempted - Not Known
Box Closed - No Order
 
Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "UNCLAIM" or due to address related problem.
 
 
GT55 TIPS to prevent parcel return:
 
Ensure the parcel will be received at your given delivery address. Recipient signature is always required at reception of parcel from GT55.
Please ensure the correctness and check deliberately on your shipping address before check out.
Provide a valid cellphone number in your profile for easy contact by local Post Office in case of any delivery problems may arise.
Check your local Post Office website frequently with our delivery tracking number provided, for your parcel arrival status.
Go to your nearest Post Office to check your parcel arrival status with delivery tracking number if no delivery within stipulated period.
If you are planning to move in the very near future, do not order anything on-line until you have settled in your new address.
